(NYSE: VSH) hat heute eine neue oberflächenmontierbare Lösung für Automobilanwendungen vorgestellt, die die branchenweit erste Kombination aus einem Standard-Gleichrichter und einem Transienten-Spannungsunterdrücker (TVS) in einem Gehäuse darstellt. Der R3T2FPHM3 von Vishay General Semiconductor vereint einen 3 A, 600 V-Standardgleichrichter mit einer TRANSZORB® TVS Diode mit 200 W im kompakten FlatPAK-Gehäuse (5 x 6) und zeichnet sich durch ein Oxid-Planar-Chip-Junction-Design sowie eine gemeinsame Kathodenschaltung auf.

(NYSE: VSH) today introduced a new surface-mount solution for automotive applications that is the industry’s first standard rectifier and transient voltage suppressor (TVS) two-in-one device. Featuring an oxide planar chip junction design and a common cathode circuit configuration, the Vishay General Semiconductor R3T2FPHM3 combines a 3 A, 600 V standard rectifier with a 200 W TRANSZORB® TVS in the compact FlatPAK 5 x 6 package.
