• The VO0630, VO0631, VO0661 are dual channel 10 MBd optocoupler utilizing a high efficient input LED coupled to a high speed integrated photo-detector logic gate. The detector features an open drain output. The internal shield provides a guaranteed common mode transient immunity of up to 15 kV/µs.
