Vishay's WLKN-000 Wilkinson divider / combiner splits RF signals with under 0.5 dB insertion loss through 19 GHz, keeping array elements in phase. CHEP series thin film chip resistors handle the high frequency terminations surrounding them, operating up to 50 GHz without a heatsink, so the array holds signal integrity across -55 °C to 155 °C.
