Active antenna systems integrate RF, radio, and antenna functions into one unit, closely overlapping with radio links in how signal is transmitted and managed across infrastructure. Vishay's CHEP series thin film resistors hold up to 50 GHz and 2.8 W in a compact footprint built for RRUs and antennas, while IHLP® inductors keep the surrounding power path efficient without adding board space.
Behind every signal is The DNA of tech.®
With over six decades of experience developing components designed to withstand high temperature and humidity conditions, Vishay's components are engineered to ensure exceptional reliability, featuring such qualifications as AEC-Q100, AEC-Q101, and AEC-Q200.
Components withstand temperatures up to 180 °C in harsh environments
Industry's lowest RDS(on) optimized for gate drives
AEC, MIL qualifications and superior long term performance
