Vishay's Automotive Grade power MOSFETs replace traditional fuses and relays and manage intelligent power distribution through zonal control units, diodes provide polarity protection and freewheeling paths, NTC / PTC thermistors handle the repeated high inrush currents of start / stop cycling, and precision resistor networks and chip resistors enable accurate voltage dividers for battery state of charge monitoring and ECU signal conditioning. Compact capacitors and inductors in our portfolio help stabilize the 12 V rail through each restart event.
