Vishay’s PTC heating elements and NTC temperature sensors deliver the precise thermal control battery cooling and heating loops depend on, while power MOSFETs and power ICs drive the pumps and compressors that circulate coolant. Our shunt resistors are used for current measurement, and capacitors and inductors for power conversion and filtering.
